Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ScopeLoop. Written to be read rather than to be survived.
What you are agreeing to
By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are signing up for an agency, that business. If you do not have authority to bind your business, do not accept them.
The service is provided by ScopeLoop, registered in [Jurisdiction — replace before launch].
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password to yourself.
- One person is always the owner of a workspace. The owner controls billing and can delete the workspace.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Do not use the product to break the law, or to process data you have no right to process.
What we owe you
We will run the service with reasonable skill and care, keep your data as described in our privacy policy, and tell you before making a change that materially reduces what you are paying for.
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise that any verdict, estimate or proposal the AI produces is correct. Every output is a recommendation for a human to check, not a decision. You are the professional advising your client; the product is an instrument you use.
What you owe us
If you are on a paid plan, the subscription fee, monthly in advance, until you cancel. Plans are metered on completed client intakes — a discovery conversation a client actually finished. Someone who opens the page and leaves costs you nothing and counts for nothing.
If you exceed your plan's intake allowance, we will tell you rather than silently charging you. See refunds and cancellation.
Who owns what
- Yours. Your Agency Brain, your conversations, your proposals and everything you or your clients put into the product. We claim no ownership of any of it.
- Ours. The software, the interface, the brand and the underlying systems. Using the product does not transfer any of that to you.
- Feedback. If you send us an idea, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time from Settings, with no notice period and no phone call. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can export everything before you go, and you can delete everything yourself.
We may suspend or close an account that is not paying, or that is being used to break the law or to harm other users. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it cannot. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or the consequences of a commercial decision you made on the strength of an AI-generated estimate.
That last point matters, so it is worth stating plainly rather than burying: the product tells you what an enquiry looks like it is worth. Deciding what to actually charge remains your judgement and your risk.
Changes and questions
If we change these terms materially we will email you before the change takes effect. Anything unclear, write to support@scopeloop.com and we will explain it in plain language.

Run the demo on your own website first. It reads your public pages, shows you what it found, and rates a real enquiry — without an account and without storing anything.
