Refunds & cancellation

The free plan runs five completed client intakes a month, for as long as you like, without a card. The public demo runs on your own website without even an account. We would rather you find out the product does not suit you before you pay us than argue about it afterwards.

• Cancel any time from Settings — no email, no support ticket, no phone call.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• At the end of that period the account drops to the free plan. It is not deleted, and neither is your work.
• Export everything first if you want a copy. That is self-service too.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because you can cancel at any point and keep the time you paid for, we do not normally refund a period that has already started.

We will refund, without argument, when:

• You were charged after cancelling.
• You were charged twice for the same period.
• A fault on our side made the product unusable for a meaningful part of the period.
• You upgraded by mistake and have not meaningfully used the higher plan.

Ask at support@scopeloop.com. A real person reads it. If your case is not on that list but you think it is fair, say so — we would rather resolve it than win it.

Where you have a legal right to cancel or to a refund — for example a consumer cooling-off period — that right applies regardless of anything written above, and nothing here reduces it.

We will email you before a price change affects you, and you will have the chance to cancel before paying the new amount. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
