You are putting your clients' conversations into this product. Here is exactly what happens to them, in plain language, with nothing important hidden in a subclause.
The short version
- Your discovery conversations, rates and closed projects are never used to train AI models — not ours, not anyone else's.
- You can export everything or delete your account yourself, from Settings, without asking us.
- We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers. There is no advertising business here to feed.
What we collect
Three kinds of thing, and nothing beyond what the product needs to work:
- Your account. Name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store the password itself.
- Your workspace. The Agency Brain you build — services, rates, tone, the work you decline — plus your branding and settings.
- Your client conversations. Discovery transcripts, the facts extracted from them, verdicts, proposals and any files a client uploads.
We also keep an access log of changes to who can see your workspace — who invited whom, who changed a role, when ownership moved. That log exists so you can audit your own team, and it is visible to you inside the product.
Your clients' data is yours, not ours
When a client fills in a discovery conversation on your site, that conversation belongs to your workspace. We process it on your behalf to produce the brief, the verdict and the proposal. We do not mine it, aggregate it into a benchmark product, or use it to improve anything outside your own workspace.
Your pricing calibration is built from your closed projects only. That is a deliberate product decision as much as a privacy one — a number averaged across other agencies would be worse advice, not better.
Who else processes it
Running this product means a small number of companies necessarily touch some of your data. This is the complete list:
| Who | Why | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | Runs the discovery conversations, verdicts and proposal drafts | Conversation text and your Agency Brain content |
| Supabase | Hosts the primary database | All account and workspace records |
| Resend | Sends transactional email — invitations, password resets | Name and email address |
| Cloudflare R2 | Stores files uploaded during a discovery session | Uploaded documents |
| Stripe or Paddle | Processes subscription payments | Billing details — card data never reaches our servers |
Card details never reach our servers — the payment provider handles them directly, and we only ever see the last four digits and an expiry date.
Getting it back, or getting rid of it
Both are self-service, and neither requires you to email anyone or sit through a retention call:
- Export. Settings gives you a complete machine-readable archive of your workspace — sessions, proposals, Agency Brain, outcomes.
- Deletion. Deleting your account removes your login and your personal records immediately. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, the workspace and its contents go with it.
If you own a workspace that other people are still working in, we will refuse to delete it until you either transfer ownership or remove everyone else. That is not a dark pattern to keep you — it is there so one person leaving cannot destroy their colleagues' work.
Backups persist for a short window after deletion for disaster recovery, and are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or erase your personal data, and to object to how it is processed. The export and deletion tools above cover most of these directly. For anything they do not, write to privacy@scopeloop.com and we will action it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect — not by silently updating the date at the top of the page. See also our cookie policy and security practices.
